We associate the role of a Product Owner with an innovative problem solver, a pain point remover, or a customer savvy person. What is your understanding, and does it match the following requirements?
As a
PRODUCT OWNER
you report directly to the CPO and are also in close contact with the Management Team.
- You have a track record of creatively solving complex problems within in the FinTech environment.
- You have a strong sense of user empathy. As a result, you envision features that truly improve the user experience or make financial services more accessible. On the other hand, you also incorporate customer feedback.
- You have the ability to respond agile to changes in technology, regulations, or market trends and can imagine new opportunities in the rapidly changing FinTech landscape. This comes with a willingness to continuously learn.
- You can foster an environment where developers, designers, marketers, and other stakeholders can contribute their unique perspectives to create a well-rounded and innovative product.
- You understand the product development cycle of iterations, writing specification writing, how to test and roll out new features.
- You understand the importance of a data-driven approach means and how it influences product improvement.
- You can imagine the risks that exist in the consumer finance industry and how they can be mitigated in innovative ways.
**Profile**:
- You have several years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally in a FinTech start-up.
- You have a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics (Bachelor) or comparable education and relevant work experience in the field of web-based collaboration platforms.
- You have a broad understanding of and interest in technical topics.
- You have a strong analytical mind and are able to grasp things quickly.
- You are business fluent in English and ideally also in German.
