Marketing Operations Lead

**Your area of responsibility**:
As a key interface between EIP and the public, you will work on EIP’s divers and highly driven Fund Marketing and Investor Communication team, helping push best-in-class insights from the world of energy infrastructure and private markets investing to our clients, with the following key responsibilities:

- Support the execution of EIP’s global marketing plan across channels and regions; will include a diverse array of assignments big and small from events to earned media to advertising campaigns
- Cultivate data-driven insights based on marketing performance and help build our stack of performance marketing tools to shape our global strategy across channels
- Contribute to investor content across all channels - everything from white papers and webinars to our quarterly newsletter - with an entrepreneurial and results-driven mentality
- Coordinate inputs and requirements from adjacent teams, especially the fundraising units and Investments team, while enhancing quality and maintaining accuracy across your deliverables
- Serve as a key interface between EIP and colleagues in marketing functions across our portfolio; help ensure we maintain a complete and current library of media assets

**Your skills and experience**:

- Proven experience using HubSpot, LinkedIn campaigns, ideally the Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign) or similar design software
- Exceptional grades from a recognized global university, a master’s degree in marketing, communication or a related field or a certification in digital marketing
- At least three years of experience in marketing operations within an international company ideally related to energy, finance or infrastructure
- Proven ability to find signal among the noise: Whether in academic research or decision-oriented work in a difficult market, you can derive simple and actionable insights from complex data sets
- Demonstrated bias to action and entrepreneurial skillset; commitment to continuous improvement in an intellectually demanding and fast-moving environment
- Superior organization skills, with the ability to manage several processes simultaneously and work towards tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
