Your tasks
- Define and develop Journey Strategy to facilitate alignment of leadership expectations/requirements to ReSeT program objectives and ensure overall Business Readiness
- Define and develop the Business Impact Analysis in conjunction with the Change Management Approach.
- Define and develop Change Management Strategy and Plan, in alignment with the overall ReSeT program strategy and objectives
- Define and develop the New Ways of Working in line with the new end-to-end processes taking into account the impact on roles & responsibilities and Organisational Design (OD).
- Ensure successful execution of the overall Change Management Plan through implementation of appropriate change initiatives e.g. stakeholder analysis; stakeholder engagement and communication as well as training interventions
- Develop Change Measurement approach, criteria and tools to ensure appropriate tracking of stakeholder commitment as well as monitoring and evaluation of change progress including management of: change impact; change risk mitigation options; business readiness and support to enable change acceptance as well as successful deployment and transition to the target state
- Identify change structure roles and responsibilities, and define the Change Structure and Governance Approach to build ownership and commitment and improve the effectiveness of the change structure
- Identify and monitor training needs in the organization, and design, plan, and implement training programs, policies, and procedures to fulfill those needs

**Profile**:

- University degree or similar education
- Affinity to IT
- Minimal 5 years’ experience in a similar position
- Proven experience in organizational or transformation projects
- Experience in design and ERP implementation projects
- Proven leadership and coaching skills in developing teams
- Good organization skills to handle multiple tasks with internal and external partners
- Conceptual thinking and pragmatic attitude
- Proven experience with Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul processes and/or manufacturing processes is considered an advantage
