**YOUR TASKS ***
**You are the main point of contact for our sales managers, Key Account Managers and sales representatives to ensure information flows and you act as the interface between local management and the sales force on all operational aspects.**
Your main areas of responsibility are:
- ** ENSURE SALES DEVELOPMENT & ADMINISTRATION EXCELLENCE**
- Responsible for monitoring, organizing and preparing the elements required for sales administration and sales promotion: sales targets, sales territories, information systems, monitoring and maintaining commercial contracts.
- Feed and manage the sales force and Key Account Managers information systems
- Sales meetings: provide the follow-up and information required for the organization of various meetings: participate in the preparation of Swiss sales cycles within the DACH organization (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), ensure the smooth running and coordination of regional and national meetings, as well as team briefings
- Prepare the appropriate sales force materials to achieve their objectives. Evaluate and communicate the achievement of sales force objectives for each cycle and the corresponding bonus level to the HR department.
- ** LEAD & COORDINATE SALES FORCE ACTIVITIES**
- Organize and coordinate sales cycles
- Implement sales promotions (product launches or events).
- Manage the opening and closing of sales outlets, and organize data management, acting as contact for the "customer database" department.
- Act as Swiss project leader for the deployment of new sales tools (order entry, sales force routing, etc.).
- Ensure correct implementation and updating of commercial conditions and prices in the system, and monitor correct invoicing where necessary.
- ** BUSINESS PLANNING**
- Reporting to the divisional sales manager, provide a presentation of activity linked to the division's sales cycles on a weekly basis, monitoring and challenging sales forecasts from the sales force and KAMs (key account managers) on promotions, animations and launches.
- Identify any discrepancies with budgeted sales, and ensure communication and coordination of the necessary action plan.
**YOUR PROFILE**
- You have completed a university or college course specializing in finance, engineering or management. You have at least 3 years' work experience in sales administration, finance or data crunching.
- You are flexible, communicative and collaborative. You are known for your sense of service, thoroughness, perfect organization and proactivity. You have a critical and logical mind, and in-depth analytical skills.
- Your mother tongue is German, Swiss German or French, and you have a good knowledge of the other language and a good command of English (European level: B2).
- You have a perfect command of the MS Office software environment, in particular Excel (common functions and pivot tables); knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
