**What's the role?**:
As a Global Product Manager, you will be responsible for the global portfolio of high-performance cordless drill drivers. You will play a pivotal role in defining the vision for the products' vision and owning the roadmap together with your technical counterparts. Additionally, you will work hand in hand with customers, our dedicated sales organization, and external business partners to ensure the success of our products.

**What does the role involve?**:
You will have ownership of a portfolio of tools within our global marketing team in our Headquarters. You will define and develop the strategy and roadmap to help customers becoming more productive when using cordless drill drivers. You will collaborate with customers, marketing, sales, and development teams globally. Your work will encompass a wide range of tasks, including analysing customers' needs to shape product vision, developing marketing strategies for product launches, collaborating with marketing colleagues in sales organizations to drive sales, visiting jobsites and customers globally, being the first to try and demonstrate new prototypes, and presenting strategic choices to management.

**What you need is**:

- A master’s and/ or bachelor’s degree in engineering. Business degree (either MBA or Master’s) is a plus.
- Proven B2B industry experience in sales, business development or product marketing related role.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse complex business problems, extract the essence in wide data sets and craft implementable solutions.
- Proactive, open-minded thinker with pragmatic, hands-on skills, and excellent communication across organizational levels.
- Fluency in spoken and written English. Additional languages are highly valued.
