Aufgaben
- Unsere Kunden glücklich machen
- Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen per E-Mail & Telefon
- Optimierung und Ausbau der Customer Journey
- Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Sales
- und Marketingaktivitäten
- Mithilfe bei weiteren Tätigkeiten, die dich interessieren
Qualifikation
- Ein Flair für mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikation
- Stilsicheres, schriftliches Deutsch
- Weitere Sprachen kein Muss, aber von Vorteil
- Interesse an innovativen Produktideen
- Effiziente und exakte Arbeitsweise
- Selbständiges Arbeiten und Pflichtbewusstsein
