Senior Sales Director for European Beverage Market Expansion
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Director to lead our business development initiatives in the European Away From Home (AFH) market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business expansion and growth, developing strategic objectives, and managing partnerships with international customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to expand our presence in the AFH market within international accounts operating cross-border. Identify opportunities for growth, build relationships with new customers, and drive initiatives that build new incremental business.
- Central Customer Relations: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key central international customers, particularly in the QSR and HD channels, to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Leadership and Team Management: Provide leadership and guidance to the AFH team across Europe, fostering collaboration, sharing best practices, and ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal go-to-market teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations, to align efforts and support overall business objectives.
- Minimum 10 years experience in brand-driven beverage industry, with a focus on AFH business development and customer relations.
- Proven track record of success in acquiring and managing central international customers, particularly in the QSR/AFH segment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with key stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with ability to inspire and motivate sales teams.
