Möchtest du die Einkaufsprozesse im Fashion Retail verstehen und helfen zu steuern? Wir suchen engagierte Praktikanten, die unsere strategischen Einkäufer bei Einkaufs
- und Verhandlungsangelegenheiten innerhalb ihrer jeweiligen Kategorie unterstützen. Werden Teil unseres dynamischen und jungen Teams in Zug, Schweiz, und trage zu den Handels
- und Einzelhandelsaktivitäten und der Entwicklung unserer Organisation in ganz Europa bei.

**Your mission**:

- Du bist die zentrale Anlaufstelle für Beschaffungsprozesse, beantworten Fragen von Stakeholdern (z. B. interne Kunden, Lieferanten) und unterstützen Kollegen
- Du unterstützt die strategischen Einkäufer bei allen Beschaffungsangelegenheiten, einschließlich aller damit verbundenen strategischen Aufgaben wie Lieferantenbewertung, Verhandlungen, Marktforschung und rechtliche Vertragsgestaltung. Je nach fachlicher Vorerfahrung ist auch die selbstständige Betreuung bestimmter Prozesse und Lieferanten möglich.
- Du hilfst dabei kosteneffiziente und qualitätsorientierte Lieferantenbeziehungen zu entwickeln und zu pflegen.
- Du analysierst selbstständig wichtige Leistungsindikatoren, um die Leistung der Beschaffungsaktivitäten zu bewerten, erarbeitest du Handlungsempfehlungen und berichtest diese an die strategischen und operativen Einkäufer.
- Du arbeitest an strategischen Einkaufsprojekten mit.

**Your profile**:

- Du absolvierst aktuell ein Bachelor
- oder Masterstudium oder ähnliches in den Bereichen Betriebswirtschaft, Beschaffung, Supply Chain Management, Marketing oder anderen verwandten Bereichen.
- Idealerweise hast du erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Beschaffung oder in ähnlichen Bereichen gesammelt und möchtest diese erweitern.
- Du verfügst über ein grundlegendes Verständnis von Verhandlungstaktiken und zeigst einen ausgeprägten analytischen Ansatz zur Problemlösung.
- Du hast eine sehr schnelle Auffassungsgabe und eine proaktive Denkweise und du bist stets bestrebt, den Status quo in Frage zu stellen und Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten zu ermitteln.
- Du hast ein selbstbewusstes Auftreten und dir fällt es leicht über mehrere Management-Ebenen hinweg zu kommunizieren.
- Du bist kundenorientiert und verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes kaufmännisches und unternehmerisches Denken.
- Du sprichst verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und fliessendes Englisch.
- Du bist sehr an internationalem Handel und Mode interessiert.
