**ABB Way Finance Transformation Program - Junior Project Manager Tax (temporary)**:

The ABB Way Finance Transformation Program (FTP) is a business-led program that will help to underpin the new ABB Way operating model and decentralization agenda. It is a key first step in establishing global end-to-end processes and modernizing the finance part of our legacy ERP estate which will create sustainable benefits for ABB. In this role, you will support the global ABB Way FTP Tax team. On behalf of ABB, you will be responsible for supporting the project and Tax PMO processes, including planning, risk management, status reporting, and delivery implementation for one or more projects. This role will report to Global Process Owner for Tax. It is a fixed term contract until December 2024.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Support the Tax Process Lead as well as the central tax team with project planning and follow-up
- Facilitate continued connection and alignment with local teams, supporting the bridge between the central team and countries
- Facilitate the escalations and issues resolution during the transition to achieve the deadlines and outcomes that have been set
- Managing change and relationships effectively, involving processes, technology, ways of working and data
- Implement project methodology and implement the documentation for the Tax process
- Plan and coordinate the localization of Tax requirements across the countries in the scope of the Transformation
- Demonstrate an understanding of program scope and local deployment requirements
- Actively encourage collaboration, pragmatism, creativity, and candidness across workstreams and business units to achieve desired outcomes
- Understand and adhere to project methodology, toolset and standards
- Actively contribute to and support program coordination with other projects where required
- Dependency management with other project teams/activities/workstreams

**Your background**:

- Ideally project management experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience coupled with University level education in Business Administration / Finance or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills: present and report activities clearly and effectively, sensitive to communication related to all levels of stakeholders
- Finely tuned organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
- Good at networking (finding the right people in the organization)
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office and SharePoint
