**What you'll do**:
As the **Sales & Marketing Assistant CVRM **you will be as part of a team organizing and coordinating administrative processes for sales and marketing activities within your assigned Business Unit CVRM (Cardiovascular, Renal and Metabolism). In addition to that you are responsible for a variety of secretarial, administrative and project-oriented activities within the Business Unit and in collaboration with other business units. Development within and in the role is encouraged and actively supported. You will be reporting to the Business Unit Director CVRM and coached by the marketing & sales leadership team of the BU. We are searching for you who is passionate about administration with a high-level of structure, are proactive and service-minded.

**Your main responsibilities**
- Administrative support in the creation of promotional materials, mailings, including requesting offers and mass mailings, supporting the Brand Leader in budget control processes in the SAP tool and creating allocated purchase orders (PO),
- Organising, coordinating and participating at internal and external meetings and events
- Organising and coordinating national and international congresses
- Supporting the field staff in organising training sessions and events for sponsoring purposes
- Providing support in the preparation of sponsorship and service contracts as well as in the drafting of agreements in the field of marketing
- Processing customer inquiries and orders
- Responsible for onboarding of new employees and trainees including creating training plans and providing eventual training
- Performing general secretarial tasks and dealing with correspondence in German, French and English in an independent way or in accordance with a given template
- Undertaking and leading small marketing projects and subprojects if time allows

**Your profile**
- Solid experience on a similar position in the pharmaceutical industry
- Independent, communicative and flexible personality, high self-motivation
- Proactive, outgoing, team-oriented and service minded
- Coordination and organization talent
- Experience or training in Event Management
- Good PC knowledge (MS Office Palette)
- SAP user skills
- ** Fluency in English and German is critical,** any additional local language (French, Italian) is a plus
