Join one of Europe's leading independent digital agencies As Co-Head of Performance Marketing, you'll shape the strategic direction of our Performance Marketing Unit alongside our second Co-Head and in collaboration with the Director of Performance Marketing. You'll bring your vision, passion, and energy to lead and inspire a dynamic team of around 70 employees, driving the continued growth and success of our service unit.

**You...**
- have leadership experience, having led teams or managed large client projects, particularly in retail and e-commerce, and understand their specific challenges
- are familiar with other Performance Marketing disciplines and are confident in client interactions, with strong negotiating skills in complex contractual discussions
- act in an entrepreneurial manner, are decisive, and can comprehend complex situations to derive relevant strategies
- hold a degree in marketing, business administration, or a similar field, and are fluent in both German and English
