**About Cat Financial**

As part of a replacement, CMF is recruiting his/her Customer Account Specialist.

**JOB SUMMARY**:
His/her main tasks will be to:

- Manage a portfolio of international structured finance transactions for Caterpillar Financial.
- Monitor and process accounts in regard to covenants and other conditions agreed.
- Analyze and underwrite amendment and modification requests and ensure appropriate documentation and security filings.
- Ensure appropriate customer service, accurate systems set-up and reporting.

**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES**:

- Engage in documentation process and drive transactions to closing
- Monitor customer health and covenant adherence
- Liaise with customers and partners on information requirements, modifications and similar
- Analyse transaction modifications and prepare for approval by relevant authority
- Ensure accurate reflection of transactions in relevant systems and update as needed
- Calculate contract amortisations, buyouts and similar and resolve customer service queries
- Monitor portfolio quality, provide relevant and accurate reports and resolve potential issues
- Coordinate actions with internal and external stakeholders and other offices
- Play active role within the team, participate in projects and other assignments

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
**SKILLS, ABILITIES AND KNOWLEDGE**:

- Strong understanding and knowledge of financial products, processes and documentation principles is required.
- Demonstrated ability to be a committed student of the business; seek knowledge and experience that benefits current performance and prepares for future advancement.
- Must be an excellent communicator in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong ability to work as team and participate in process improvement projects via continuous improvement methodology through completion and implementation.
- Demonstrated ability to perform duties and responsibilities with limited supervision.

**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE**:

- A college or university degree in any discipline, 3 years exempt experience in credit, customer services, documentation, account management and/or financial statement analysis is recommended.
- Equivalent experience may be substituted for education.
