Gestion et supervision de l'équipe back office Référent métier Commerce digital S’assurer du strict respect des process et procédures et identifier les opportunités d'amélioration et mettre en œuvre des solutions pour accroître l'efficacité opérationnelle Traitement des contacts et leads, suivi des campagnes marketing Suivi des résultats de son activité ainsi que la mise en place d’actions correctives Communication avec les autres départements Edition de rapports statistiques pour l'analyse des performances et de la qualité Soutenir les conseillers dans les fortes périodes.
- Vous parlez parfaitement le français et l'allemand (minimum C1) - Formation dans le domaine commercial (CFC ou équivalent) - Vous avez une expérience de minimum 2 à 3 ans dans les domaines du service à la clientèle et/ou de la prospection téléphonique et/ou dans la vente - Vous avez un fort intérêt pour le domaine de l'automobile - Vous avez le sens du client et des priorités - Vous êtes une personne ouverte au changement et capable d'adaptation - Vous êtes une personne dynamique, autonome, flexible, motivée, intègre, loyale
