Associate Director, Global Media

As part of providing global media support, the Associate Directors, Global Media will:
Support Global Media Strategy in Europe region based on established priorities Support local teams and AOR (Agency of Record) in implementation of local media plans Build meaningful partnerships in media space with sight on foundational support and innovation
**Key Responsibilities will include**:
- Work jointly with Global Media Team to develop a roadmap for Global Media Management Practices around planning, buying, optimization and measurement and aligning them to established standards while following local requirements.
- Assist in creating a centralized approach to optimized media process & structures, driving in-market innovation and tactical implementation with speed, impact and efficiency.
- Work with regional stakeholders, agencies, and procurement on regional and local media initiatives.
- Build relationship with AOR representatives to provide meaningful support and oversight of our teams input and AOR output in media campaigns.
- Build meaningful media partnerships with industry players, 3rd party marketplace, and local platforms.
- Oversee Digital Agencies of Record in region with support of robust KPI structure, establishing feedback loop and partnership with procurement.
- Collaborate with teams on assigned project around media capabilities and processes, thought leadership and implementation of best practices and standards, agency management and evaluation, etc
- Support Global Media Strategy in region
- Building and maintaining trusted relationships with brand leaders to ensure alignment
- Understanding and acting upon digital similarities and differences across key markets
- Collaborating with teams across the enterprise to establish best practices
- Staying current with emerging and relevant channels and technology and infusing this knowledge across the organization
- Ensuring adherence to global legal and regulatory standards
- Creating opportunities to experiment, test and learn
**Education Minimum Requirement**:
- Bachelor's Degree
- MBA preferred
**Required Experience and Skills**:
- Minimum of three (3) years of paid media experience
- In market experience either in marketing or marketing services
- Agency performance management expertise
- Financial acumen and experience in budgeting, navigating scopes of work and prioritizing spend
**Preferred Experience and Skills**:
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong collaboration skills (demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and cross-divisionally and lead teams to get work done
- Expertise working with various digital channels
- Experience using analytics to measure and optimize digital initiatives/campaigns
- Creative thinking / problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated; hands-on approach to work
- Experience with Agile with bias towards speed and agility
