The Associate Director, Oncology Global Pricing will Report to the Global Market Access Oncology Strategic Analytics and Operations lead. Primarily responsible for support to the Oncology Pricing Directors in the development of long-term Global Pricing/Access Strategies for the Oncology portfolio that optimize patient access and revenue for the Oncology portfolio.

A key function of the position will be to generate reports and scenario analysis to inform leadership of the potential risks and opportunities that underlie the proposed pricing and access strategies.
The incumbent will collaborate with all Oncology Regional Access Leads with Global Oncology Access Teams, Oncology Marketing, Affordability and Sustainable Access Solutions Team as well as with Local Access and Pricing Teams on a regular basis, in order to better understand current events in terms of location and indication specific correlations and to incorporate this knowledge in a targeted manner in the analyses.

**Primary activities include, but are not limited to**:

- Support Pricing Directors in the analysis and forecasting of Oncology Brands and Business Development Opportunities
- Manage reporting and analysis of global list and net prices for Oncology products
- Support Global Oncology Pricing Directors in the evaluation of innovative pricing models for profitability and price referencing risks
- Monitor Oncology global competitors and comparator prices
- Support the price modelling team and managed care marketing team to create scenario analysis of potential price actions and discount plans
- Manage tender evaluation process with GBLs, Global Pricing and Global Tender COE
- Support market research points to plan for various landscape and pricing research to support life cycle management of Oncology products
- The role will require active collaboration with the global functional areas including Oncology Global Market Access and Pricing Team, Oncology Global Marketing team, Global Pricing, and US Oncology Payer Strategy
- In addition, this role will require active and extensive collaboration with regional and country market access and pricing personnel
- Extraction, analysis and presentation of information using databases, Excel and PowerPoint and other tools will be foundational of the role.
- Collaboration in Price Life Cycle Management Projects of all our Company Oncology products
- Supporting and systematic analyses for the decision-making process of price requests
- Regular retrospective analyses of voluntary price reductions and ensuring compliance with lowest approved net selling prices

**Position Qualifications**

Education Requirements:

- Required: BA/BS in a Business or Science related discipline
- Preferred: MBA/MS

Required Experience and Skills:

- Experience with extraction and presentation of information from databases
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Experience in marketing, finance, market research, pricing/reimbursement, or managed markets
- Experience successfully leading cross functional matrix teams
- Proven success working within large and complex strategic initiatives
- Strong project management and implementation/operational skills
- Understanding of the global payer environment and perspectives preferred
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Strong commercial orientation and business acumen
- Strategic thinking and integration skills

Preferred Experience and Skills:

- Experience with Oncology Markets is a plus
