This position is reporting to the Senior Director of Rare Blood Disorders, which is anchored within Global Medical Affairs.

**The position**

As Global Medical/Scientific Director, you will be responsible to lead global medical affairs projects for Rare Blood Disorders including congenital and acquired Haemophilia. We expect you to deliver timely, accurate and credible medical launch plans, scientific communication, medical guidance, and education across medical affairs focus areas to internal and external stakeholders.

**Key responsibilities**
- You will cooperate with RWE Director and with Medical and Science team to support design of clinical and observational studies, recruitment and retention of participants, and communication of results.
- You will develop and deliver innovative, multichannel medical communication campaign around recombinant coagulation factor therapy in indications beyond congenital haemophilia, with a new HCP target groups such as Obstetricians/Gynaecologists and Anaesthesiologists.
- Lastly, you will develop and execute publication plan in collaboration with the Global Publication Manager.

**Qualifications**
- We imagine you are medical doctor or a life science graduate and bring at least 5 years’ experience working in Haematology/Haemophilia or bleeding disorders in women, ideally working in an agile environment in more than one country.
- You describe yourself as curious about new therapeutic areas, able to propose innovative solutions, and you have gained significance experience in medical affairs in the pharmaceutical industry.
- You bring level of independence, good organizational skills, demonstrated ability to collaborate cross functionally with commercial and market access functions.
