**Position dans l’organisation**:
Sous l’autorité de la direction générale, le Field manager (h/f) a la responsabilité entière des magasins CASA de son secteur et manage les responsables de magasins et les équipes de son secteur.

**Missions principales**:

- Met le client au centre de toutes les actions. Est capable de penser comme le client ; est toujours à la recherche de solutions qui faciliteront le processus d’achat du client pour maximiser le chiffre d’affaires par client.
- Est responsable de la gestion des magasins de son secteur et de leurs résultats.
- Suit et analyse les résultats en termes d’objectifs et de budgets.
- Pilote l’ensemble des magasins CASA France de son secteur dans le respect des consignes données par la direction de la société, à la fois pour assurer leur efficacité opérationnelle, leur rentabilité et pour garantir des conditions de sécurité optimales pour les salariés.
- Est l(a)e garant(e) de la politique commerciale, du respect du concept CASA des magasins de son secteur.
- Peut rédiger ensemble avec le(s) responsable(s) de magasin(s) des plans d’actions concrets et en assure le suivi et la mise en œuvre en respectant les échéances prévues.
- Coordonne l’exécution des plans d’actions et met en œuvre les actions correctives le cas échéant.
- Exerce un rôle de coach /manager et apporte son soutien ; motive, guide et gère l'équipe si nécessaire.
- Assiste les responsables de magasins et propose des solutions si besoin.
- Est continuellement présent(e) dans les magasins de son secteur et accomplit sa mission pour une large part en collaborant étroitement avec les équipes de magasins.
- Assure un rôle de liaison entre la direction et les points de vente du secteur dont elle(il) a la charge.
- Participe aux réunions des Délégués Régionaux, aussi bien au niveau national qu’international, et transmet les informations aux responsables de magasins.
- Est le maillon entre le siège et les magasins. Représente la société et agit conformément à la stratégie de CASA. Transmet le feedback des magasins à la direction.
- Est responsable, en collaboration avec le service RH, du recrutement et de la formation des responsables de magasin et du respect des dispositions légales et réglementaires.

**Caractéristiques**:

- Très bonne connaissance de l'allemand
- 5 années d’expériences sur un poste similaire et avec une dimension multi-sites.
- Bac + 3 à Bac + 5 (Filières Commerce, Distribution, Vente).
