Our client, a renowned pharmaceutical company based in Switzerland, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead and oversee the quality management functions within the organization.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop, implement, and maintain an effective Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with international pharmaceutical standards and regulations.
- Ensure the company's products and processes meet all relevant regulatory requirements and standards.
- Plan and execute internal and external audits to assess compliance with quality standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with regulatory authorities during inspections.
- Lead the investigation, documentation, and resolution of deviations.
- Oversee the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) process to address identified issues.
- Collaborate with procurement to assess and manage the quality of raw materials and components sourced from suppliers.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff awareness and compliance with quality standards and procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of quality processes.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Substantial experience in quality assurance roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
- In-depth knowledge of international pharmaceutical quality standards (e.g., GMP, ICH).
- Experience in managing regulatory inspections and interactions.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
