This is a contract for 13 months (maternity leave cover) with a great opportunity to bring your proven knowledge and expertise to an organization that offers a dynamic working environment.

Your mission:
- Corporate housekeeping / Subsidiary Management of company's non Swiss EMEA and APAC Group subsidiaries (coordination of all needed documentation for the Board of Directors‘ and Shareholders‘ Meetings of the Subsidiaries
- Management of a third party contractor, who is responsible for the preparation of the respective documentation for non-Swiss subsidiaries)
- Corporate Housekeeping Swiss entities preparation and coordination of all needed documentation for the Board of Directors‘ and Shareholders‘ Meetings of the Subsidiaries
- Legalizations, Apostille etc.
- Organisation Charting in Visio
- Invoice processing for the legal team in Basel (Vendor Creation, Special Payment Requests)
- DMS (Upload and create Legal Documents/Policies in DMS)
- Confidential notice tracking for sensitive project (project related)
- Event organization
- Support the legal team with signature of agreements and corporate documents (Docusign/AdobeSign/wet ink)
- Support with SIX stock exchange filings on the SIX tool
- Various administrative tasks for the legal team
Your profile:
- Relevant qualification as paralegal or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of postqualification experience
- Fluent in English and German, other languages a plus
