About the program

This internship program offers an unrivalled opportunity to be part of establishing a dynamic product office, gaining hands-on experience in program management, portfolio management, and demand management. Embracing agile ways of working, interns will have the chance to contribute meaningfully to everyday operations, fostering their skills in strategic planning, project coordination, and execution.

Who we’re looking for
- Currently studying for an undergraduate (Bachelor) or postgraduate (Master's) degree in the field of Business Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or similar.
- Foundational understanding of data analysis, technology projects, and the Agile framework.
- Blend of technical acumen and project management skills.
- Familiarity with tools like SharePoint, JIRA, or other project management or collaboration software would be a significant asset.
- Prior exposure to these areas is a plus, but a strong willingness to learn and an enthusiastic attitude towards contributing to the setup and day-to-day operations of the product office is what we value most.

About the role:
The intern will assist in managing the product portfolio, conducting research, and contributing to strategic decision-making processes. Participates in monitoring and updating the portfolio as required to align with organizational objectives. Assist in administering the demand management process and who is comfortable working with data and has a basic understanding of project lifecycles.

Objectives:
1. Gain a comprehensive understanding of program, portfolio, and demand management within a product office setting.

2. Develop strong organizational, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

4. Contribute actively to the setup and daily operations of the product office, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.

5. Foster professional relationships and networks, providing a solid foundation for future career opportunities in these areas.
