We are looking for a strong marketing professional who can inspire and collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders, managing through influence to achieve defined goals. In this role you will be responsible for defining, leading and participating in projects and initiatives with Enterprise Account, Operating Unit and Functional partners consolidating and shaping our designed to address customer needs. This role will have exposure at senior levels of the organization and will have significant impact in shaping and delivering our value proposition.

**A Day in the Life**
- Leverage prior experience working with a defined set of product marketing teams to facilitate the communication of Operating Unit priorities to the Enterprise Account Management team
- Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to develop theme related value propositions and content
- Program management of marketing plan creation and execution
- Work on the full customer insight cycle, including gathering and synthesizing customer input, and developing and disseminating to internal partners
- Track and manage to program budget and resources

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years OR advanced degree and 2+ years of experience
- Marketing experience with specific communications project management
- Strong communication skills: ability to create clarity out of complexity and ambiguity
- Strong collaborative skill set to lead cross-functional project teams and partner with others across a matrixed organization
- Ability to travel up to 20%

**Nice to Have**
- Experience working at or with marketing / communications agencies
- Copywriting experience
- Program/project management expertise
- Demonstrated experience leading process improvement initiatives
- Good knowledge and use of project management methodology and techniques; experience with scheduling and leading Zoom audio and video calls, Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Tableau, PowerBI and Qualtrics strongly desired, experience with Eloqua a plus
