**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Corporate Accountant, you will be working in close collaboration with another AP accountant on the Accounts Payable cycle, on the Accounts Receivable cycle and other ad-hoc tasks:
**Accounts Payable (60-80%)**
- Reconcile AP invoices with Purchase Orders
- Record vendor invoices into the accounting system
- Prepare payment batches on a weekly basis
- Reconcile and book vendor payments
- Manage the accounting inbox and vendor communications
- Update and maintain vendor database
- Validate Employee Expenses and Credit Card transactions

**Accounts Receivable and ad-hoc tasks (20-40%)**
- Support in continuously improving the AP/AR cycles processes
- Prepare, send and follow-up on customer invoices
- Reconcile customer payments and send reminders
- Support on ad-hoc tasks related to monthly closings and year-end audits
- Support the team in the integration of the accounting in the ERP system
- Other administrative tasks

**Qualifications**:

- First experience in accounting or finance on the Swiss market of at least 2 years is desired
- Degree in finance or accounting desired
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively
- High attention to detail, ability to maintain deadlines, curious and analytical-minded
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information
- Good Excel skills, experience with Winbiz and/or Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is a plus
- Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize activities in a rapid paced and changing environment
- Fluency in English and French is mandatory
