**Smart2Move, qui sommes-nous ?**
Une jeune société créée en 2015 avec comme ambition de devenir le leader mondial des plateformes de force dans le golf puis dans d'autres sports (fitness, baseball, etc.).
C'est 6 ans après la création, et après avoir commercialisé deux produits qui ont fait leurs preuves, mais pas assez pour conquérir le secteur, que nous nous sommes lancés dans le développement du produit "parfait".
Après 2 années de R&D nous sommes fiers de sortir notre nouveau produit (les 3D Dual Force Plates) qui bouscule le marché grâce à sa technologie, sa simplicité d'utilisation, mais aussi par son prix.
C'est à la suite du succès naissant de ce produit que nous avons besoin d'agrandir notre équipe pour offrir à nos clients des outils encore plus polyvalents et performants.

**L'équipe**
Nous sommes une équipe principalement française, située dans l'Est et le Sud de la France.
Le travail s'effectue en full remote, mais des déplacements ponctuels peuvent être nécessaires sur Bâle.
Notre équipe est dynamique, bienveillante et prête à t'accueillir.

**Responsabilités / Missions**

Au sein du pôle Opérations, et en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Développement, Marketing/Communication et Commerciale, vous serez le premier contact des clients dans leur usage quotidien de nos outils.

Votre engagement, votre suivi et votre sens du service seront les clés de votre réussite. En tant que garant(e) de la relation utilisateurs, votre mission sera de proposer un traitement efficace des demandes et un accompagnement personnalisé, afin d'assurer la meilleure expérience possible aux utilisateurs.

- Prendre en charge les demandes client qui arriveront par téléphone et par mail
- Analyser fonctionnellement et techniquement les demandes et incidents
- Contact avec les développeurs si nécessaire
- Assurer le suivi administratif, technique et logistique des demandes et incidents
- Conseiller les utilisateurs sur la bonne utilisation des outils
- Contribuer à la qualité et l'exhaustivité de la base de connaissance
- Participer à l'analyse des demandes pour mettre en place les actions correctives
- **Support logistique**_
- Organisation des envois support pour les clients
- Logistique directe vente par des passages de commandes, organisation des livraisons et gestion des retours
- Exécution des mouvements de stock
- Mise en place et suivi de l’inventaire
- Reporting logistique quotidien
- Être force de proposition sur les améliorations à apporter aux produits ainsi qu’à ses logiciels

**Profil**

De formation en Bac+2 minimum, vous êtes doté(e) d’une bonne capacité d’adaptation et d’une grande réactivité.

Vous savez faire preuve d’écoute et d’empathie tout en gardant un rôle pédagogique à vocation « éducative ».

Vous êtes à l'aise au téléphone et ainsi qu'à l'écrit.

Passionné(e) par le contact humain, vous êtes pédagogue, patient(e) et votre sourire s'entend au téléphone ?

Vous êtes réactif(ve), autonome et le travail d’équipe est ce qui vous motive au quotidien, alors rencontrons nous
- La très bonne maitrise de l’anglais est exigée (Oral et écrit) - Niveau C1
- Vous devez posséder également de bonnes connaissances en Français. Toute langue supplémentaire est bienvenue.
- Expérience démontrée et passion pour les nouvelles technologies
- Excellente maîtrise d’Excel
- Fortes compétences organisationnelles
- Esprit critique capable d’identifier et de mettre en oeuvre les changements

Date de début : Poste à pourvoir immédiatement

Semaine de travail du lundi au vendredi - en journée - selon les horaires du support (35h
