HR Coordinator

- Responsibilities: As part of the Talent & Culture Team, you’ll be...- Manage and improve an efficient onboarding process
- Build and maintain employees' records
- Assist with internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
- Assist with payroll and lead HR projects related to your location
- Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness
- Coordinate performance and compensation assessments
- Together with Heads, coordinate employee trainings and seminars
- Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation
- Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures
- Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
- Experience: To flourish in this role, you’ll need...- Bachelors degree in human resources or related (essential)
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations
- Effective HR administration and people management skills
- Exposure to payroll practices
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Fluent in english and portuguese
