**Job Description & Responsibilities**:
IBKR is looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with operational experience in two-factor authentication systems and team leadership to join our team and help shape one of the world's strongest brokerage brands.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a global team of 2FA device specialists based in Greenwich, London, Budapest, and Mumbai by providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure the team's overall success.
- Develop and implement global policies and procedures to protect 2FA devices whilst ensuring industry regulations are considered.
- Manage the lifecycle of 2FA devices across all regions, including inventory tracking, maintenance, and decommissioning of expired or damaged devices.
- Implement a monitoring system for 2FA device usage, including regular audits, proactively identifying and addressing any anomalies rather than reactively.
- Handle client inquiries pertaining to IBKRs security system via phone, chat, and tickets.

***Qualification & Skills***:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field. A master's degree is an advantage.
- Related experience in managing 2FA devices and authentication processes within a global environment.
- Experience in managing/leading a diverse team.
- Experience and advanced usability knowledge of all common desktop and mobile operating systems.
- Languages: Fluent in English. Any additional language is a plus.
