Im Auftrag unseres Kunden in Grossraum Baden suchen wir per 1. Juni 2023 oder nach Vereinbarung eine agile und zielstrebige Persönlichkeit als

**Controller & Assistant Head of Finance**:
Unser Kunde ist ein weltweit tätiger und sehr erfolgreicher Konzern mit über 220 Niederlassungen und mit mehr als 23'000 Mitarbeitenden. **Deine Mission**:
In dieser abwechslungsreichen, vielseitigen und ausbaubaren Funktion arbeitest Du in unserem zentralen Finanzteam Schweiz mit und betreust zusammen mit dem Head of Finance den Bereich Controlling und Finanzen. Deine Hauptaufgaben sind:

- Erstellung der Monatsabschlüsse und Berichterstattungen an das Management sowie umfassende Mitwirkung im Budgetprozess sowie beim Jahresabschluss;
- Modellierung und Erstellung aussagekräftiger Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen, ad-hoc Berichterstattung sowie weitere Projektberichte als Grundlage für Entscheidungsträger;
- Bewirtschaftung und Pflege der Kennzahlenmodelle und IKS-Prozesse;
- Überwachung und Koordination des Cash Managements der Gesellschaften;
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung der Steuererklärungen für den Hauptsitz und die Tochtergesellschaften sowie Mithilfe im Payroll;
- Stellvertretung Head of Finance und aktive Mitarbeit in Finanz
- und interdisziplinären Projekten.

**Deine Persönlichkeit und Background**:

- Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit anschliessender fachbezogener Weiterbildung oder in laufender Weiterbildung;
- 2 bis 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finanzen sowie eventuell bereits erste Erfahrungen im Controlling;
- Hoher Lernwille zur Vertiefung und Erweiterung der Fachkenntnisse sowie eigenverantwortliche und präzise Arbeitsweise;
- Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in Excel sind Voraussetzung und guter Umgang mit PowerPoint ist von Vorteil;
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten im Austausch mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern und dem Konzern im stilsicheren Deutsch (C1) und gutem Englisch (B2).
