Associate Director, Global Payer Value and Access

Job Description
The Global Payer Value and Access Solutions Lead will be responsible for developing and communicating data-driven and actionable insights to our Company’s Global Market Access organization.
This role will liaise closely with the Director, Payer Research to act as “First” point of contact for the global market access leaders. This person will help stand up the new capability of delivering integrated insights, analytics, and data solutions that enables the global market access to leverage data as a strategic asset for data driven decision making. This person will help scope, design, and deliver well-defined projects that serves the purpose of delivering optimal patient access for our medicines and vaccines across the globe at a price reflective of their value.
Our Marketing team are passionate about bringing our medicines and vaccines to our customers around the world. Through digital listening and patient analytics, we are able to understand our customers’ needs and strive to provide solutions to meet them.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
Engage with global market access leaders on high priority projects
Be a thought leader and strategic partner for our business partners. Establish and manage close relationships with partners and stakeholders
Understand business stakeholders' priorities and help develop data and analytical solutions that support business objectives in collaboration with the broader commercial insight teams
Work with global market access leadership to prioritize the work that needs to be done considering the capacity availability
Travel may be required (< 20%)
**Requirements**:
MBA or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Public Health, Policy, Pharmacy, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science preferred
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech or management consulting industry
Experience in market access, strategy and/or commercial analytics
Strong understanding of market access landscape and commercial analytics capabilities
Ability to lead cross functional teams
Self-motivated, proactive, ability to work independently and collaborate seamlessly
Ability to understand business process and break down business questions into specific, tangible hypotheses and requirements to guide analysis
Consultative mindset & problem solving skills
Excellent problem-solving skills with an appreciation for data oriented analytical methods
Ability to operate in an unstructured environment and have strong organizational skills to create structure and clarity
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

THE COMPANY
Our company has had a presence in Switzerland since 1963. With a regional office and manufacturing/packaging facility, Lucerne is considered the center of operations. Approximately 1,000 people work collaboratively at the four Lucerne locations (Tribschenstrasse, Citybay, Schachen and Kriens). A fifth location has been recently established in Zurich, aimed at accelerating the development and commercialization of many of our company’s medicines and vaccines, which supports our mission to save and improve lives around the world. The new location has a target date of 2021 for operational readiness.
