Das Amt für Informatik (AFI) ist das Informatik-Kompetenzzentrum des Kantons Zürich. Es erbringt umfassende Dienstleistungen im Bereich der zentralen Informatikinfrastruktur und kantonsweiter Applikationen für die Direktionen, Behörden, Rechtspflege und selbstständige Anstalten. Beauftragt mit der Umsetzung der neuen Strategie Informations
- und Kommunikationstechnologie (IKT) begleitet das Amt den Kanton in der digitalen Welt.

Seit der Gründung des AFI 2018 wachsen wir stetig weiter. Kontinuierlich und engagiert arbeiten die Mitarbeitenden des AFI daran für den Kanton Zürich ein moderner und nachhaltiger IT-Service-Dienstleister zu sein.

In einem nächsten Schritt wird eine nachhaltige Testmanagement-Organisation entwickelt, aufgebaut und betrieben. Dafür suchen wir dich

**Was sind deine Aufgaben?**:

- In dieser neu geschaffenen Stelle im Team Veränderungsmanagement bist du verantwortlich für den Aufbau, die Orchestrierung und die Sicherstellung eines übergreifenden Release Managements, sowohl fachlich als auch organisatorisch
- Du baust das Release
- und Deployment Management für die IKT-Grundversorgung sowie die Fach
- und Kantonsapplikationen auf
- Dabei arbeitest du eng mit Fachexperten, dem Testmanagement und den ausführenden Teams zusammen und gestaltest, steuerst und führst somit die Prozesse
- Du stellst eine transparente und adressatengerechte Kommunikation sicher und rapportierst zielgerecht

**Was bringst du mit?**:

- Du verfügst über eine fundierte höhere Informatikausbildung sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion im IT-Umfeld mit Fokus auf Release
- und Service-Management (Consulting, Qualitätssicherung, Projektmanagement, Solution Management, Prozessberatung usw
- Sehr gutes ITIL-Wissen ist eine wichtige Voraussetzung für die erfolgreiche Erfüllung der Aufgabe, ITIL-Zertifizierungen und ServiceNow-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Mit deinen Fachkenntnissen setzt du das Release
- und Deployment Management zielstrebig und agil um
- Du bringst sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, eine rasche Auffassungsgabe, Teamfähigkeit und gesundes Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie grosse Belastbarkeit und persönliches Engagement mit
- Du arbeitest gerne im Team, bist selbstständig und flexibel
- Im Weiteren zeichnest du dich durch Sachlichkeit, eine analytische Denkweise sowie eine methodische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus
