**What you'll do**

We are looking for an experienced and talented release train manager to strengthen the Digital Investment domain of Wealth CDIO.

As a Release Train Manager you are responsible for facilitating the planning, timing and execution of delivery road maps and pipelines within the domain. You will align the vision, planning, and inter dependencies of the Digital Investments delivery teams by providing cross-team synchronization of the delivery of the portfolio and domain pipeline. Your primary focus is on the continuous flow and frequent delivery of business value and enhanced customer experience. You will escalate impediments, manage risks, help assure value delivery and continuous improvement at Program and domain level.

You’ll also be:

- Responsible for the development and maintenance of the domain’s release train including the preparation and review of release & environment strategy; plans & estimation; management of inter dependencies; providing cross-team synchronization and ensuring teams have a clear understanding of how their work helps the customer.
- Responsible for the management and optimization of the flow of business value delivery of programs using agile tools and techniques.
- Builds and communicates release calendars and iterative planning cycles and synchronizes with other RTMs across domains.
- Leads and facilitates the planning readiness of teams by facilitating and fostering the preparation of release and sprint vision and goals and work pipelines and facilitating pre and post planning meetings.
- Reports status to programme/portfolio management and Release Management and supports related activities.
- Actively contributes by cross sharing best practice and learning with their domain, Community of Practice (CoP) colleagues and adhere to all standards & policies as required by the domain.
- Helps removing obstacles around Run-the-Bank activities.

**The skills you'll need**

We’re looking for a strong communicator and experienced professional in leading and coaching teams. To be successful in this role you’ll need to have a vast experience in stakeholder management and communication with senior level management. In addition, you’ll need to be highly skilled in all disciplines of project planning, execution and delivery.

You’ll also demonstrate:

- Good understanding of agile practices as well as a good insight into software development processes and effort estimation techniques.
- Track record in delivering business value and software projects
- Certifications in the agile or project management space are an asset
- English written and spoken on negotiation level, German is an asset.
