For one of our clients in Geneva, we are seeking an Accounting & Controlling Transformation Manager (f/m/x) - 12 mois/24 mois

The mission of the transformation Manager is to accompany the Finance Accounting and Controlling team members to deliver changes in their areas from design to implementation.

This requires to structure the actions, coordinate the planning and governance and to support the team members to receive required help.

**Missions**

The scope of responsibility of this position is to deliver the contributions of the Finance team with regards to systems improvements (ERP implementation) and the related pre-requisites from an Accounting process change perspective.
- Keeps department Management informed of project timeline, main activities, risks, issues and progress vs plan
- Represents F-department in ERP project governance meetings
- Defines project deliverables and contributions from others, communicates them openly and plans the activities in line with project deadlines
- Provides support to contributors in Accounting and Controlling teams (Subject Matter Experts) to deliver against expectations, on time and at quality
- Review project deliverables to secure they are complete and meet quality standards
- Organizes communication and change management activities, as well as monitors post-go-live environment to secure adoption of new processes / systems
- Deep knowledge of Finance processes & accounting
- Understanding of Financial Support systems
- Organizational and process transformation + Change management
- Written and Oral communication to Senior Management
- Master degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
- Project Management or Audit certification
- SAP systems knowledge
- English
