**Your role**

Are you passionate about managing a portfolio of strategic initiatives? Do you have a flair for program management tasks like reporting, content challenge and tracking? Do you have a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, like numbers and enjoy working as part of a dynamic project team?

If this is matching your profile and preferences, we are looking for someone like you to help us to:

- do the ongoing reporting and tracking for several strategic initiatives including close collaboration with all involved stakeholders
- perform a state-of-the-art cost and benefits management for the entire initiative portfolio
- assess new and existing business cases along their whole lifecycle in regard to content, budget, benefits and timely delivery
- support business case development by partnering with stakeholders from all GCRG functions
- establish a clear but simple reporting on the initiative portfolio which can be leveraged for different reporting purposes and seniority levels
- collaborate closely with stakeholders in CDIO, Finance and other Group functions (e.g. CTO)

You will be part of the GCRG (Group Compliance, Regulatory and Governance) Transformation Office, which is a central function being built to facilitate and lead the transformation activities in GCRG.

**Your expertise**
- ideally 5+ years of working experience in a PMO / program management environment in the Financial Services industry
- excellent Microsoft Office skills with special focus on Excel and Powerpoint
- flair for numbers and good communication skills
- experience in stakeholder management and virtual setups
- basic knowledge about Agile project management methodology
- action driven and able to work independently
- fluency in English (German or other language skills are a plus)
