- Zur Entwicklung unseres Energie Contracting Angebots im Segment Industrie suchen wir einen erfahrenen Head of Sales Single Client Site Industrie mit starkem Business Development Track Record, ausgewiesenem kaufmännischem Gespür und Kundenfokus.**HEAD OF SALES SINGLE CLIENT SITE - INDUSTRIE**:
**IHRE AUFGABEN**:

- Kundenentwicklung und Realisierung von bestehenden Kundenpotenzialen im Industrie Bereich in der Schweiz
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer erfolgreichen Vertriebsstrategie, Identifikation und Entwicklung von Partnern zur Projektumsetzung
- Design und Umsetzung der nötigen Prozesse und Workflows einer kundenorientierten Organisationsstruktur
- Projekt
- und Kundenbetreuung vom ersten Kontakt bis zur erfolgreichen Projektumsetzung sowohl bei Contracting Lösungen als auch in Joint Ventures
- Vertragsverhandlungen unter Beachtung der Kundenbedürfnisse und der Projektprofitabilität
- Erreichen der gemäss der Strategie und dem Portfoliopotenzial gesetzten KPIs wie Bestelleingang, Umsatz, Profitabilität
- Erarbeitung von hoher Kundenzufriedenheit und langfristigen Kundenbeziehungen
- Planen, Überwachen und Aktualisieren von Projektbudgets und Business Cases
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Kompetenzstellen, Vorbereitung und Management der internen Bewilligungsstufen für Projekte und Investitionen
- Management der GETEC-Ressourcen in Joint Ventures
- Interne und externe Kommunikation und Koordination der Projekte

**IHR PROFIL**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium bevorzugt mit betriebswirtschaftlicher Weiterbildung
- Ausgewiesene Erfahrung und Erfolg in der Kundenbetreuung und -entwicklung von Grosskunden respektive Key Accounts (mind. 5 Jahre)
- Erfahrung im Vertrieb und in der technischen Betreuung von komplexen (Energie-) Lösungen mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen
- Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von (virtuellen) Teams
- Tiefes Verständnis des Zielmarktes Schweiz bezüglich wirtschaftlicher und technischer Notwendigkeiten
- Breites Netzwerk im Industrie Sektor in der Schweiz
- Kenntnisse im Energie-Contracting wünschenswert
- Erfahrung in (der Zusammenarbeit mit) internationalen Betrieben und in multikulturellen Teams
- Proaktiv, ergebnisorientiert und kreativ
- Fähigkeit Business Cases zu erkennen, zu berechnen und zu entwickeln
- Analytische und konzeptionelle Stärken
- Dynamischer Teamleader und Teamplayer, sucht aktiv die Zusammenarbeit und Kooperation
- Starke Führungsqualitäten, ausgezeichnete zwischenmenschliche und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
