**Was du bei uns bewegen kannst**:

- Du bist Single Point of Contact (SPOC) für den Chief Information Officer / Chief Digital Officer und für die Abteilungsleitenden und verantwortest sämtliche administrative, organisatorische und koordinative Belange
- Die Organisation, Vorbereitung, Protokollierung und Nachbereitung von Meetings, Workshops und Events bilden ebenfalls einen wesentlichen Aufgabenschwerpunkt
- Du verantwortest das Onboarding in der AMAG Informatik und sorgst mit deiner strukturierten und organisierten Wesensart für den optimalen Start von unseren neuen Mitarbeitenden
- Sowohl die stetige Weiterentwicklung von Kommunikations
- und Informationsprozessen als auch die Umsetzung von Optimierungsvorhaben treibst du aktiv voran

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit einer Weiterbildung im Bereich Direktionsassistenz
- Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion
- Erste Umsetzungserfahrung im Projektumfeld sowie agile Projektmethoden bzw. Design Thinking sind wünschenswert
- Exzellente Kenntnisse im Bereich Office365 (v.a. PowerPoint, Word, MS Teams, SharePoint und Excel)
- Fliessende Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt
- Ein hohes Mass an Eigenständigkeit und Engagement sowie eine exakte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
