For the Customer Data department in the Sales & Marketing Transformation area within AMAG Import AG at the Cham ZG location, we are looking for a service-oriented personality as Customer Data Manager 100% immediately or by appointment .

What you can do with us
  • You act as a contact person and consultant for our marketing departments for campaigns in the area of ​​target group definition/selection and are responsible for the creation and execution in the CRM
  • You create customer data and vehicle analyzes as well as appropriate segmentations and campaign evaluations
  • You answer customer and dealer inquiries about data protection in coordination with Legal & Compliance (information and deletion requests)
  • You are jointly responsible for the technical development of the central customer data architecture (CRM, digital customer identity, marketing tools)
  • You define and create new technical requirements/test scenarios and carry out testing and technical acceptance of the implemented new developments
  • You edit worklists to check the data quality for personal and company master data
  • In coordination with the IT department and the specialist departments, you connect web forms to the lead management process and monitor incoming sales leads


This is what you bring with you
  • Completed vocational training with further training in marketing or business administration
  • Experience in the area of ​​personal/company master data management, ideally also with target group selection and data evaluations
  • Confident handling of the MS 365 environment and IT affinity are required
  • Analytical and networked thinking, experience with complex processes
  • Very independent, well-structured and solution-oriented way of working with a high level of quality awareness
  • Strong communication skills and high service orientation
  • Stylish knowledge of spoken and written German, other languages ​​are an advantage
