Die
**AMAG Informatik** verantwortet mit ihren ca. 180 Mitarbeitenden für alle Konzernbereiche die gesamte IT-Wertschöpfungskette, vom Projekt über die Entwicklung und Integration bis hin zum Betrieb und Support.
Connectivity, Autonomes Fahren, Car Sharing und Elektrifizierung verändern unsere Mobilität. In den nächsten 10 Jahren wird es mehr Veränderungen geben als in den letzten 100 Jahren zusammen. Unsere neue geschaffene Abteilung Data & Advanced Analytics begleitet diesen Wandel unter Verwendung innovativer Technologien wie Künstliche Intelligenz, Monte Carlo Simulationen, Optimierungsalgorithmen und RPA. Dabei verfügt die AMAG über einen einzigartigen Datenschatz rund um das Ökosystem Individualmobilität in der Schweiz - mit Daten aus Fahrzeugverkauf, Leasing, Garagen, Mietwagen und Car Sharing. Wir nutzen diesen Datenschatz, um mit Künstlicher Intelligenz und Machine Learning Prozesse zu automatisieren und um neue Erkenntnisse zu generieren - als Grundlage für bessere Business Entscheidungen.

**Data Strategy & Governance Consultant** definierst du gemeinsam mit deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen die Standards für den zukunftsgerichteten Umgang mit Daten innerhalb der AMAG und begleitest uns so massgeblich auf dem Weg der digitalen Transformation. **Was du bei uns bewegen kannst**:

- Dank deiner Kreativität entwickelst du innovative Datenstrategien für die AMAG Gruppe unter Berücksichtigung der Unternehmensstrategie und -vision.
- Du bist massgeblich für die Operationalisierung von Datenstrategien verantwortlich
- Du leitest die Entwicklung der gruppenübergreifenden Data Governance als Grundlagen für eine strukturierte, effektive und qualitätsgesicherte Datenverarbeitung und -nutzung
- Du berätst Fachbereiche und das Management bei Fragen und operativen Themen im Bereich Data Strategy und Data Governance
- Zudem bist du für die Beratung in der Konzeption von Massnahmen zur Verbesserung der Datenqualität zuständig und begleitest Datenqualitätsmessungen mit dem Ziel einer ganzheitlich hohen Qualität
- Das Führen von Innovations
- und Anforderungsworkshops mit Fachbereichen und dem Management fallen ebenfalls in deinen Kompetenzbereich

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit wirtschaftlichem und/oder technischen Schwerpunkt
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen
- Experte in der Beratung rund um strategische Themen wie Data Governance und Data Strategy
- Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung datengetriebener Geschäftsmodelle und Services
- Erfahrung in klassischen und agilen Projektmanagementmethoden
- Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Daten, ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise und eine hervorragende Kommunikationskompetenz zeichnen dich aus
