Traffic Operator (Metal Recycling)

with following tasks
- Drawing and issuing of offers contracts
- Checking contracts according to sales / purchase confirmations
- Regular updates, including monitoring of deadlines
- Assistance in issuing of letters of credit and bank guarantees
- Assistance in risk management
- Vessel / Surveyor nominations
- Overviewing and daily updating and of loading / discharging operation
- Checking daily quality reports

Your background
- 1-3 years of experience in an international environment in Traffic/Logistics with some shipping experience
- Good customer / agent and colleague relations
- Ability to work under pressure, to know how to prioritize and to be aware of the importance and urgency of keeping within given deadlines
- Flexibility & Motivation
- Ability to take initiative, and to adapt to rapidly changing business environments
