**Stellenbeschreibung**
The Executive Assistant will offer general support to the General Manager (GM), Affiliate Leadership Team (ALT) and CAT in administration and organizational matters. Responsibility for selected key strategic projects.

**Key responsibilities**:
Support GM:

- Administrative tasks incl travel and expenses
- Management of the day-to-day business of the General Manager's office
- Meeting planning and execution
- Coordination and execution of logistics for Business Exchange
- Planning and practical organization of All Employee Town Halls, virtual meetings
- Culture & communications support in collaboration with Ext Affairs
- Reviewing contracts and purchasing documents, setting up POs to support GM approval
- Administration of corporate legal documents and processes incl PoA and Annual Reports
- Administration of Crisis Management resources and liaison to EMEA Regional Security
- Administration of CAT meetings incl minutes

Support Affiliate Leadership Team:

- On-boarding of new ALT members
- Planning and execution of ALT meetings
- ALT agenda & minutes
- Supporting the HR and Finance departments, as well as the Market Access Director, External Affairs Director and Compliance Manager in selected administrative and organizational matters Coordination of Assistant meetings in-house

Responsibility for selected key strategic projects:

- Examples (scope and focus can vary over time depending on business needs);_
- Driving, organizing AbbVie week of Well-being
- Organizer of Company-wide conferences (cycle meetings)
- Coordination of Company awards process incl nominations together with ALT

**Qualifikationen** Qualifications and experience**:

- Commercial education (professional certificate) or equivalent
- At least 3 yrs in senior administrative role, preferably in the pharma industry or similar
- High level of support and customer orientation
- Excellent time management and prioritization abilities
- Handles stress and pressure with grace
- Business fluent in German, English and French Optional: Has extensive experience and deep knowledge of company business & operations
