Die NZZ-Mediengruppe gehört zu den bedeutendsten privaten Medienunternehmen der Schweiz. Wir konzentrieren uns auf qualitativ hochstehende, unabhängige Publizistik und vertreten eine liberale Weltanschauung. Mit unseren Produkten bieten wir unseren Leserinnen und Nutzern täglich Orientierung. Neben den beiden Flaggschiffen «Neue Zürcher Zeitung» und «NZZ am Sonntag» gehören diverse weitere NZZ-Titel, NZZ-Veranstaltungsreihen und TV-Formate zum Portfolio.

Im Team «Editorial Product & Audience Engagement» entwickeln wir aus Nutzungsdaten redaktionelle Strategien, damit wir Inhalte dort platzieren, wo sie unsere Leserschaft optimal erreichen und kümmern uns um redaktionelle und technische Suchmaschinenoptimierung. Dafür entwickeln wir hauseigene Anwendungen, betreiben eine datengestützte Berichtslegung und kooperieren eng mit unseren Produkt
- und Marketing
- und IT-Teams.

Um den SEO-Bereich weiter zu stärken, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung einen:
Editorial Product Manager (m/w) 80-100%

Deine Aufgaben
- Du arbeitest operativ und strategisch an der Weiterentwicklung von nzz.ch mit
- Du definierst und priorisierst den Produkt-Backlog im Bereich der Engagement Mission
- Du unterstützt die Redaktion in Angelegenheiten rund um das Thema nzz.ch und hilfst mit, das Wissen in der Redaktion weiter zu stärken
- Du beobachtest den Markt durch Analyse und Monitoring von KPI's und Nutzungsdaten (qualitativ und quantitativ)
- Du hilfst mit, die digitale und datengestützte Arbeitsweise in der Redaktion der NZZ weiter voranzutreiben
- Du trägst die Verantwortung über den gesamten Produktweiterentwicklungszyklus von Idee bis Launch und Instandhaltung, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit allen relevanten Stakeholdern aus Redaktion, Marketing und Technologie

Dein Profil
- Erfahrung in der Medienbranche von Vorteil; Leidenschaft für die Medienbranche zwingend
- Solides technisches Verständnis und ausgewiesene Erfahrung mit agilen Prozessen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni / FH) mit betriebswirtschaftlichem oder technologischem Bezug
- Leidenschaft für die Entwicklung von exzellenten digitalen Produkten in einem anspruchsvollen Transformationsumfeld
- Erfahrung in der Umsetzung und Leitung von komplexen Projekten; starke Koordinations
- und Priorisierungsfähigkeiten
- Stilsichere Deutsch-kenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Du hast Freude daran, Dinge zu erklären und zu vermitteln (kannst gut präsentieren).
- Du arbeitest gerne agil, über Bereichsgrenzen hinweg und handelst eigenverantwortlich
