**Your role**

Are you an experienced senior consultant with focus on the financial services industry? Do you want to work side by side with UBS management to solve strategic challenges? Do you enjoy collaborating with multinational and cross-functional teams? We’re looking for a high performing senior team manager based in Zürich, to:

- Be part of our GIC Switzerland management team and shape the future of our consulting business
- Build and lead a new team with focus on client centricity, business success and user experience
- Develop relationships with senior management, identify and develop new opportunities for our internal clients
- Lead large transversal transformations to improve top and bottom line performance across functions (growth, efficiency, digitization or regulatory change)
- Shape transformation agendas and frame business problems in a way that the team can execute to drive impact and client value

It is possible to work part-time (80-100%) and remotely (for defined days per week).

Group Internal Consulting (GIC) is UBS's internal consultant unit. We are a dynamic, driven and diverse team with over 750 people present in 5 regions across the globe. As part of the firm’s Group Transformation Office (GTO), we work in close partnership with all divisions and functions to drive transformation and change across UBS, supporting the firm in achieving its strategic goals. Our focus is on delivering high quality services, with fast onboarding, leveraging institutional knowledge. **Your expertise**
- University degree or equivalent education (master’s degree preferred)
- 15+ years of work experience the majority of in a management consulting firm with a Banking focus
- Outstanding leadership skills promoting a diverse, inclusive and motivating environment for employees with autonomy to deliver
- Ability to drive change across the organization and influence key stakeholders
- Proven track record of developing relationships with clients and generating transformation opportunities that lead to successful engagements
- Excellent banking and product knowledge (Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Asset Management, Retail Banking)
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
- Fluency in English and German essential, other languages a plus
