The Opportunity

We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic Product team. You'll have _Full Responsibility_ for one of the **manipulation solutions** in our product portfolio. These manipulation solutions are used in conjunction with our ANYmal robots for industrial inspection and maintenance at customer sites. Your role involves managing the product development, enhancement, and life cycle management of our manipulation solution. Your main goal is to drive customer value by creating innovative solutions that enhance the product's robustness, performance, and reliability. As part of the One Team ethos, you'll work with our in-house development team, UX Design, Product Owners, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Field Engineering to craft our product development roadmap and go-to-market strategy.

Your Impact

As a **Senior Product Manager**, you will have a significant impact by managing the complete lifecycle of our manipulation solution. This includes discovery, conceptualization, roadmapping, development guidance, certification, validation, and verification. You will bring strong product centric thinking to produce manipulation solutions that are use case driven rather than being purely technology driven. You will represent the market's voice within our teams and promote our product within and outside the company. Your role will involve using a range of Product Management tools to conduct market analyses and product discovery. This will enable you to develop and verify concepts through prototyping and develop a compelling product vision and customer value proposition. Building partnerships to enhance our **manipulation platforms**' capabilities is also a key part of your role.

The Market & Our Technology

**Your Contributions**:

- Develop a shared product vision and strategy for our manipulation product
- Lead the conception and launch of innovative manipulator capabilities for customer use cases, and enhance customer-value of existing use cases
- Establishes a roadmap across the organization by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution
- Maintain close customer interactions to deepen our collective understanding of our target customers’ needs
- Continuously observe and analyze the autonomous mobility market and solutions to discover new business and partnership opportunities
- Support the Marketing and Sales team to effectively communicate our product value proposition
- Collaborate with UX Design, Software and Hardware Engineering to guide and validate new product development

**Your Profile**:

- University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Engineering, Science, or Business
- Relevant experience as a industrial hardware product manager with experience in AI technologies
- Proven track record in shipping enterprise grade hardware as a product manager,
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, strong in structuring and prioritizing complex situations
- You have worked with engineering teams and are able to align cross-functional teams to deliver excellent outcomes
- Customer empathy and an enthusiasm for genuinely improving how businesses serve and engage people
- Excellent visual communicator fluent in English (both written and spoken), and strong in digital collaboration

**Bonus Points**:

- Experience in a high-tech startup during similar growth stage
- Enterprise grade hardware solutions preferably with a strong AI focus
- Experience with industrial manipulation or maintenance
