Corporate Licensing Director
For a growing generics business with a global outreach, I am looking for people with solid tenures in the generics space within Business Development and Licesing who are up for the challenge of reshaping and growing a regulatory team and organisation.

**Key responsibilities**:
Proactively research, identify and evaluate potential opportunities that are consistent with strategies and drive sustainable growth for the Company.
**Lead the assessment and due diligence activities including**: 1) managing the interactions with external parties, 2) overseeing the evaluation process and timeline and 3) developing timely recommendations and proposals for senior management consideration based on thorough and complete technical and commercial assessments.
Develop effective deal structures, risk mitigation and negotiating strategies to ensure alignment with Company objectives.
Leading, negotiating, and closing of a variety of transactions from Gx to complex products/BioSims.

**Key Requirements**:
Post Graduate Scientific Degree (Master or PhD) combined with a business education.
10+ years' experience in Licensing roles in pharmaceutical companies with a track record of leading and successfully completing complex or high impact transactions.
Broad Industry network and strong networking skills to reach out to a broad range of industry decision makers to keep abreast of emerging opportunities.
Solid understanding of all processes and interconnections within the pharmaceutical value chain
Demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills in a deal setting to creatively solve problems with partner companies and close deals.
Excellent communicator with ability to interact with internal/external partners at all levels.
Confident and fluent English speaker with experience in dealing with different cultures.

**Location**:
We are looking for someone who is either in Switzerland or can relocate to Switzerland. There is flexibility for home working, but the person will need to be in Switzerland on a Swiss contract.
