**Purpose of the role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our team at Proton. You will play a crucial role in driving our strategic and marketing partnerships and accelerating revenue growth.

**What you will do**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic partnerships strategy to drive business growth and achieve mutually beneficial goals.
- Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners, both within the Privacy and Security space and complementary industries, to expand our product offerings and market reach.
- Initiate and foster relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations, including executives, decision-makers, and influencers.
- Negotiate and structure partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives, legal requirements, and financial considerations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including product, marketing, and legal, to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
- Drive the implementation of joint marketing programs and campaigns with strategic partners to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance, tracking key metrics and KPIs to evaluate the success of partnership initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the progress, opportunities, and challenges related to strategic partnerships and marketing partnerships.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging partnership opportunities that could benefit the company's growth strategies.

**Job requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in managing strategic partnerships and driving successful outcomes in a B2C or B2B SaaS company.
- Strong understanding of partnership models, market dynamics, and industry trends.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure partnership performance.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets and delivering impactful outcomes.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
