- In this exciting new role, you will spearhead the creation and execution of a forward-thinking marketing strategy, ensuring competitive results while managing budgets effectively. Collaboration across functions and alignment on strategic and operational levels will be key, as you represent the affiliate in regional and global committees, fostering strong relationships.- From national marketing to customer journey co-creation and multichannel strategy development, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's trajectory. Embodying our values of respect, ambition, and simplicity, and demonstrating leadership and accountability, you'll drive success in this dynamic role.- Key accountabilities include:- Leading the strategic expansion and orientation of the Obesity portfolio.-
- Developing and implementing comprehensive and future-focused national marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.-
- Ensuring alignment across functional areas and with other Cardiometabolic Therapy Leads on strategic and operational levels.-
- Co-creating customer journeys and leading content creation.-
- Representing the affiliate in regional and global committees, fostering strong working relationships.**Qualifications**- Furthermore, you will have:- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; master’s degree is preferred.-
- Proficiency in English and advanced German language skills are necessary, with proficiency in other languages, particularly French, being advantageous.-
- Strong understanding of the Obesity and the cardiometabolic market.-
- Proficient in project management, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.-
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.**About the department**
