- In this exciting new position, you will be supporting senior leaders and the broader Communication & Corporate Affairs, as well as our P&O team, by managing administrative tasks, coordinating key events, and overseeing budget and compliance processes. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.- Key Responsibilities:
- **Manager Support**: Provide independent administrative assistance to senior leaders, manage calendars, travel, and meetings, and substitute in IT systems.
- **Team Support**: Assist with procurement, team-building activities, onboarding, and support ad-hoc requests from team members and stakeholders.
- **People Life Cycle Management**: Coordinate onboarding, personnel changes, and HR processes, ensuring smooth execution in collaboration with managers.
- **Budget Management and Compliance**: Support and monitor project budgets, ensure proper processing of invoices, contracts, and supplier agreements, and flag under/overspending.
- **Project and Meeting Coordination**: Organize and manage logistics for internal and external events and maintain team communication through platforms like SharePoint.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role within a large multinational company, ideally with exposure to senior leadership and C-suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to handle diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Structured and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to managing tasks, ensuring accountability across the team.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders and work effectively within a diverse, international team.
- Ability to work well under pressure, balancing service-oriented tasks with process adherence.
