The College of Management of Technology (CDM) is the School of EPFL in charge of developing and offering education and research programs in the fields of management, economics and finance. It employs 16 Professors and more than 100 staff members. CDM connects EPFL with business and society, stimulates entrepreneurship and innovation on campus, and prepares students for leadership positions in business, policy and academia. For its Master Program in Management, Technology and Entrepreneurship (MTE), CDM is currently looking to recruit an:
**Internship & Mentoring Program Coordinator (M/W) - 60-70%**:
**Your mission**:
**Main duties and responsibilities include**:
Internship Coordinator:
- Serve as a point of contact for industry partners of the MTE program: develop and maintain relationships to create internship and job opportunities for MTE students, organize practitioner's seminars, etc.;
- Create and improve internship program material (such as evaluation forms, employment surveys, website, brochure);
- Organize information sessions for MTE students about internships (rules, processes etc.);
- Liaise with the other internship coordinators at EPFL, insure compliance with EPFL regulations concerning internships, update the EPFL internship portal;
- Build an MTE alumni network and maintain alumni relations;
- Develop and update databases useful for corporate relations of MTE.

Mentoring Program Coordinator:
- Plan & run the MTE mentoring program;
- Organize regular networking events (identify and contact prospective guest speakers, organize logistics, communication);
- Produce communication materials, prospect and find new mentors, support all participants;
- Maintain & further develop relations with MTE mentors, new industry relations & MTE alumni.

**Your profile**:

- BA university level education or higher;
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken, is mandatory;
- Prior experience as placement officer, internship coordinator or in interacting with corporate HR departments;
- Experience in designing communication material, producing website content and media relations for a company or an academic institution is a strong plus;
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a clear ability to work with a wide range of people;
- Highly motivated, self-driven, autonomous, well-organized and efficient;
- Previous experience in an academic environment is a strong plus.
