**Europe Maintenance & Budget Project Manager (w/m)**
Permanent contract based in Geneva, to be filled as soon as possible.

You have relevant experience in project management.
Are you comfortable in site supervision, architectural project management and maintenance?
Are you recognized for your high standards and your rigor in monitoring budgets?
Dynamic and communicative, are you known for your ability to manage cross-functional projects?
Are you rigorous and independent?

**What do we expect from you?**
As a member and support of the Europe Store Planning & VM team, you will be responsible for the maintenance & budget of the boutique network, monitoring openings, renovations & boutiques events. You will be the main contact for the local operational teams and the accounting department in order to monitor the cost and ensure budget reporting according to the network development timeline.
Lead, coordinate and animate a diverse team:
Be the main contact between internal collaborators and external contractors.
Support and work closely with the Retail Operations Manager to follow the budget and invoicing process for both Maintenance & Repairs and CAPEX budget. Build a yearly maintenance action plan.
Boutique Network Maintenance know-how:
Create and follow a data base of trustful and professional millworkers to ensure boutique repairs.
Maintain a regular communication with local retail teams and liaise, record and/report on repairs in boutique. Advice and support retail operations team by suggesting maintenance/reordering list.
Budget follow up and monitoring:
Maintenance & Repair budget with local teams. Create the SAP document, be the main contact with suppliers for orders and invoicing process. Drive and follow the invoicing process with local accounting department, estimate CAPEX and OPEX for yearly revisions.
