On behalf of our client, a manufacturing company (medtech area) based near Lausanne, we are searching for a:
Human Resources Director

The HR Director will report to the site Head as well as the Head of HR for the group.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategic Planning & Organization: implements Human Resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, records management, succession planning, employee relations and retention, compliance, and labor relations. In more details, this includes:
**ü Talent Acquisition**: serve as a business partner with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies that result in business satisfaction.

**ü Talent Management**: provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management; executes an annual Talent Management Process to ensure talent development needs are identified and resourced appropriately.

**ü Employee Relations**: manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.

**ü Compensation & Benefits**: ensure the overall coherence of C&B policy; manage annual salary review, merit increase processes and salary benchmarks.

**ü Administration, Payroll & Social Insurances**: supervise and approve payroll and social insurances bills as well as employee's administration.

**ü Learning & Development**: implement L&D strategies and define/adapt L&D solutions to ensure employees' professional growth and skill development.

**ü Governance**: guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; complies with legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, advising management on needed actions.
- Leadership: manage HR team, hire and develop appropriate staff to meet objectives.
- Planning and Reporting: lead FTE reporting, budgeting and workforce planning; maintains accurate employee database in HRIS to ensure data integrity.
- Organization and collaboration: effectively prioritize deliverables and projects in alignment with the business priorities; formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
- Projects & Digitalization: participate to various projects incl. change management
- Events & Communication: actively participate to employees' events and team building, ensure relevant internal and external communication

**Profile**:

- Master in HR, business administration, law or equivalent, ideally in Switzerland
- Minimum 12 years of proven experience in the field of HR in Switzerland in a manufacturing environment: good knowledge of industrial / production environment is a must.
- 5 years' experience min. in team management, ability to lead and motivate team
- Strong knowledge of Swiss labor law and regulations
- Demonstrated knowledge of HR processes incl. FTE planning, talent acquisition and talent management, employee relationship management and L&D
- Strong organizational skills including ability to prioritize tasks and adhere to agreed timelines
- Good sense of analysis and global understanding of business issues
- Ability to work effectively in a global, matrix environment, and on multiple sites
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to multi-task and prioritize to achieve progress and deliver value add to the business
- Fluent in French and English
