Within our Business Development & Platform Management team is looking for an ambitious Product Owner Marketing Technology to drive the product roadmap of HubSpot, Google Analytics & our CMS.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Get to most of HubSpot, Google Analytics and Content Systems (CMS) - you know how to leverage build-in features and are in the details of upcoming product releases- Design, implement and maintain the interfaces between HubSpot and peripheral tools to increase alignment, data quality, and robustness- Provide integration-based and process-based architectural blueprint documents-
- Defining requirements - You master agile ceremonies and are able to bring your needs into the backlog and make sure they get delivered- Collaborating with colleagues - you consider yourself as team player and love collaboration knowing that only team work makes the dream work- Testing new releases - you ensure the quality of new features and communicate them properly- Championing user experience - you can define unique digital campaigns- Supporting the Marketing & Sales team with reports and features (and sometimes with some magic tricks)- Change Management - Drive change management and train users to make sure that the adoption of the platform is successfulKnowledge, Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years of experience - demonstrable experience using and developing of HubSpot & Google Analytics- Lots of experience with HubSpot - you know how to use the power of HubSpot and can configure and develop our setup-
- Data, data, data - data is your passion and you have gained knowledge in data analytics tools (Google Analytics and co., CDP Platforms, etc.)- Strategic roadmap - driving the marketing automation roadmap, defining and implementing data-driven use cases- Previous experience in an agency and/or startup environment- A relevant university degree- A Swiss work permit or EU/EFTA citizenshipWhat we offer
