To support our Demand and Distribution Planning team, we are looking for a

**DEMAND PLANNING MANAGER**

**(M/F/X — 100%)**

As part of the End-to-End Supply Management division, the Demand and Distribution Planning team serves as a link between Sales and Production. At its core lies the determination and monthly update of the demand situation in combination with the safeguarding of a continuous and demand-oriented product replenishment of our entities and the subsequent order fulfilment.

**YOUR MISSON AT IWC.**
- Monitor demand trends and production changes on article and market level and trigger according adaptions during the monthly S+OP cycle between Demand & Distribution Planning and Supply Planning & Coordination
- Trigger bi-weekly product allocations based upon pre-defined criteria such as SAP APO planning data and current sales potential on the market level, to ensure a steady and correctly sized product flow whilst keeping stocks at an adequate level (Sell-Out/Sell-In performance checks)
- Drive and ensure a continuous improvement of planning
- and allocation processes, the current reporting set, and the IT environment to meet the latest requirements from HQ-, market
- and client-side
- Closely monitor the production plan and fine-tune the latter (advance or postpone products) on a weekly basis, according to the current demand situation and the resulting availability gaps on the article level
- Monitor the global inventory and take subsequent measures in case of under
- and or overstocking (stock rebalancing between the markets, adjustment of production quantities, etc.)
- Eventually backup of order fulfilment function: stock transfers, creation of shipping overviews, prioritization and monitoring of urgent shipments in alignment with the specific market, initiation of returns, etc.

- Bachelor's degree or higher (Business Management with any major / Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Industrial Engineering etc.)
- A minimum of 2 years of working experience in a planning function
- Distinct Excel user knowledge
- Knowledge of SAP (R3/APO) or comparable system beneficial
- Affinity towards numbers and systems
- Fluent in English and German
- Analytical, foresighted, and independent personality
