About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to support our Customer Experience Center (CEC) team in Schaffhausen. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in planning and implementing visits and events at our site.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the CEC team in planning and coordinating visits and events, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer experience.
- Manage requests for CEC visits efficiently, adhering to established guidelines and protocols.
- Liaise with local departments to schedule dates and ensure smooth coordination.
- Ensure meeting rooms and equipment are properly maintained and available for use.
- Compile statistics for monthly reports, providing valuable insights for analytics and business development.
About You
We are looking for a talented individual with a degree in communications, marketing, hospitality, trade show, convention, or event management. Your excellent organizational skills, ability to work independently, and strong communication skills in English and German will be essential in this role.
